NC Grange Mutual DOES NOT charge an additional fee to pay over the internet by
check, debit, or credit card. If the website you use charges a fee, then it is
NOT our website.
We offer several payment options:
- Pay in full – you may pay your premium in full by the effective date with no fees.
- 3-pay (no minimum premium) – 40% down and two additional payments of 30% every other
month. A $5 service fee is added to each payment. Bills are sent out approx. 3 weeks in
advance of the due date.
- 5-pay ($500 minimum premium) – 28% down and four additional payments of 18% every
other month. A $5 service fee is added to each payment. Bills are sent out approx. 3 weeks in
advance of the due date.
- Monthly Automatic Payment ($500 minimum premium) – Utilizing this option
requires that you enroll in auto-pay online by electronic check or card.
Twelve equal payments automatically posted to your account. A $1.50 service fee is added to
each payment. The payments will be generated monthly on the same day as the date of your
renewal – for example, a policy effective 01/24/2016 - payments will be made on the 24th
of each month. You will not receive a bill each month, but instead can register for email
confirmations.
- If an endorsement is done mid-term that changes your premium, the remaining
payments due will be adjusted accordingly.
- If you choose to cancel your policy mid-term, we will cancel the recurring payment
option on your account once any outstanding balance has been paid.

in order to pay by electronic check or card
(there are NO additional fees to pay online)
Reminders:
- Failure to pay your bill in a timely manner can result in a $10 late fee if your policy cancels.
- Checks returned for Insufficient Funds will incur a $25 service charge fee. Multiple NSF checks
in the same policy term will result in your policy being cancelled.
